Darth James Bogtrotter is a 30-year-old government politician whose life is dominated by solving the murder of his friend, Jazmyn Mclaughlin. Jazmyn was suffocated in 2009 and the killer was never brought to justice.

He is a Canadian Muslim. He started studying philosophy, politics and economics at college but never finished the course. He is obsessed with creating playlists.

Physically, Darth is in pretty good shape. He is average-height with brown skin, black hair and green eyes.

He grew up in an upper class neighbourhood. His mother left when he was young, leaving him with his father, who was a drunk.

He is currently married to Darcy Hallam Read. Darcy is 12 years older than him and works as an artist.

Darth has one child with ex-girlfriend Mona: Alexi aged 10.

Darth’s best friend is a government politician called Kiersten Davey. They have a very firey friendship. He also hangs around with a government politician called Carey Curry. They enjoy football together.
